Refund policy

If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

Window: You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Condition: Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

How to start: Email blueprinttbs@gmail.com with your order number and reason. We'll send return instructions, including where to send the item.

Return shipping: Customers cover return shipping, unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect — in which case we pay.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we refund the item price to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Final sale: Custom / made-to-order pieces and sale items cannot be returned.

Faulty or wrong items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
